Important New Rule!

Due to recent complaints by NeoPets resulting in the significant downtime over the past couple of days, we have decided to institute a new rule:

There is to be no discussion of cheat programs for NeoPets in any form. This includes (but is not limited to) the following:

• Requesting “autobuyers” or other cheat programs.
• Requesting assistance in writing a cheat program for NeoPets.
• Asking where such programs can be obtained.

The discussion of sale/trading of NeoPoints or NeoPets items is also not permitted. That includes (but is not limited to):

• Requesting/offering NeoPoints/items in exchange for money.
• Asking where NeoPoints/items can be bought/sold.

General chat about the game is permissible, but breaking this new rule will result in an IMMEDIATE BANNING. We will be strictly enforcing this rule, as neither myself nor the rest of the NeoHacks staff wish to be threatened by legal action as a result of your posts.
Neopets forced Nhacks to change its name and Nhacks hasn’t been the same since.

Alright, we have all seen the people on Neopets with really strong pets and wondered if we could ever get our pet anywhere near that strong. Well, in all honesty, I highly doubt that this little guide will ever get you all the way up to the top 50 pets, but you will be able to get a good start and train your pet to the point where you are proud of your work.

Save Your NP

Yes!! That is the key for users that aren’t very rich! You need to save your NP. Why? Well, the best way to train in through the Lab Ray. But it will cost you around 100,000 NP to get all the map pieces.

- Ok, but why is the lab ray so expensive?

Yes, that’s a good question. Well, the lab ray does cost a lot to get. But in the long run, it is well worth it. You can never get your HP lowered, only raised. Your other stats can go up or down by any number, 1 through 5. It can also change your pet’s gender, color or species. While you can loose stats from this, you more often get a positive increase than a negative decrease.
Training - What To Improve?
Defense and Attack
Alright, so you are training your pet now with codestones or dubloons. What stat should you raise?

So, as you can see, at 700 defense or 700 attack, training those stats becomes, well, useless.
Health
The more health, or HP, you have, the longer you will last in a fight.

Speed
At the current time, Speed does not in any way affect the outcome of a battle.
Level
This stat does not really affect battling directly, however, it must be kept high enough for you to continue to train your pet’s HP, Speed, Attack or Defense.

Special Ways to Train
1. Coltzan’s Shrine - Visit daily, you can get one of your pet’s stats raised.
2. Faerie Quests - Some of the faerie’s will increase one of your stats if you complete the quest they assign to you =)
3. Terror Trove Scratcards - Sometimes you will recieve a level as a prize by scratching Terror Trove scratchcards.
4. Dice-a-Roo - You can recieve a level raise as a prize in this game!

Valrigard the Draik has been imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. Can you help him Escape from Meridell Castle ??? Use the arrow keys to fly and walk the platforms. Be careful to watch your energy meter, if it runs out Valrigard will not be able to sustain flight. The Space Bar controls your sword, and it will work on most enemies. Good luck!

TIPS
~Always remeber that you can usually fly out of any situation.
~When about to fly up and possibly hitting the spikes, if there are any nearby islands line up with them.
~Always explore around. There tend to be little secret spots.
~You can get 1 through 100 points in a mystery box. Always remember to get them.
