Pet trading launched on Rescreatu

Filed under: Virtual pets — admin @ 1:18 pm

Looks like Rescreatu’s development team has been hard at working developing new features, and they’re pleased to announce the launch of their newest feature, Pet trading.
Here’s an update from Patrick.

Since a lot of people try to give eachother pets through their shops and risk having the pet bought by the wrong person, we have decided to release a Pet Trading system. Consider this our first Christmas present to our wonderful members. Laughing I hope you like it. It was a lot of work.

What do you guys think about the new pet trading feature? Hate it? Love it?

Digitalpoint or Sitepoint?

Filed under: Webmaster — admin @ 2:13 am

We all know Digital point and Sitepoint are the two largest webmasters communities on the net today, however; with being the largest brings change and Sitepoint used to dominate Digitalpoint’s traffic up until they introduced fees for their marketplace, where Digitalpoint continues to flourish since everything is free - and doesn’t require any money to post deals, or sell your websites.

So, the question reminds, what site has the better community? We all know Digitalpoint is a lot more active than Sitepoint - because it attracts more people, however, Sitepoint has always been a different webmaster community since it’s a community than focuses on web development, its book, and its blog, where Digitalpoint focuses on its tools, and its community. But what site is better for a new webmaster? Well, if you’re looking to learn about CSS and various other programming languages, then Sitepoint is for you, but if you’re looking to meet new people, make contacts, and learn how to network to flourish your web business, then Digitalpoint is for you.

Sites usually sell faster on Digitalpoint since its marketplace is more active than Sitepoint - and that’s because it doesn’t have any fees and all the webmasters - that were once active on Sitepoint have since flocked on over to Digitalpoint, but why has so many webmasters left Sitepoint in the dust? Does Sitepoint’s management suck - or do their servers? You tell us because both communities have their fair share of scammers, spammers, and servers problems.

But that’s not up to us, it’s up to you guys. What community do you think is the best for new and old webmasters, Digitalpoint or Sitepoint?

Marapets meets it downfall?

Filed under: Marapets — admin @ 1:46 am

Marapets has been down for at least 48 hours now, according to Virtual pet list. Why has Marapets been down for so long? Has Ian forget to pay the bills - or has someone finally gotten sick of their staff members not updating the site anymore - and using Marapets as a cash cow? It seems to us that Marapets goes down ever December - either for a couple days - or for a couple weeks - or everytime Ian goes on vacation. Is it because Ian doesn’t have enough staff members to help him support Marapets, or is it because he’s using all the money and buying iPhones with it? Truth be told, Marapets has been a cash cow since day 1 - and if they’re generating so much money, then how come us players aren’t seeing anything good?

We’re introduced to celebrity characters, which really serve no meaning on Marapets - but with so many features being down for so long, we all are led to believe that Ian doesn’t care about Marapets anymore - even though he comes online at random times to keep in touch with his staff members. So, what gives? Has Marapets finally lost its touched - or are users just sick of the ads?
